POKE HOUSE - BESPOKE TIMBER

Poke House is the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs, Vittoria Zanetti and Matteo Pichi. During her studies in International Communication, Vittoria travelled to California and fell in love with poke houses on the West Coast beaches, where surfers often gathered to eat after a day on the waves. Upon returning to Milan, she met Matteo, who was then the Country Manager for Glovo in Italy. Recognizing the potential of poke bowls before others in Europe, they envisioned launching the first poke restaurant in Italy. In 2018, they opened the first Poke House in Milan's Isola district, right in front of the vertical forest.

They opted for a bespoke timber pad handle for their restaurant in London.
